Welcome to Kleinian. This website is operated by Kleinian LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Kleinian. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site.
Section 1 - Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Section 2 - Unique Product Disclaimers & Natural Variances
Natural Material Variance (Rock Artwork & Pieces): You acknowledge and agree that our Rock Artwork and Rock Pieces collections are created from natural elements. Consequently, stones, minerals, and natural bases will display organic variations in color, grain, texture, weight, and superficial formations. These differences are inherent characteristics of the raw materials and do not constitute structural or manufacturing defects. Online images serve as representations; the physical items received will feature distinct, natural differences.
Custom Production Constraints: For bespoke or customized orders, specifications submitted by the buyer at the point of purchase are considered absolute. We initiate non-reversible workflows immediately upon payment validation. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify sizing charts, custom text formatting, and design selections before checking out.
Section 3 - Prices and Modification to the Service
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Section 4 - Fulfillment & Return Standards
Catalog products are dispatched within 3–5 days of leaving the studio. Custom commissions are made to order and take two to three weeks from confirmation, then 3–5 days from dispatch.
As set forth in our Return and Exchange Policy: Rock Artwork and Custom Pieces are final sale. Apparel and merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Prints that arrive damaged may be replaced only after the damaged print is returned and destroyed. Change of mind is not accepted on prints.
Section 5 - Third-Party Analytics & Tracking Tools
Our store architecture relies on third-party analytical technologies, including Google Analytics, to record transactions, monitor performance metrics, and understand web traffic behavior. By interacting with our store, you acknowledge and agree that non-personal tracking data, device interactions, and conversion histories may be gathered to optimize our store's performance and track marketing efforts.

All content included on this site, such as text, custom artwork configurations, rock design patterns, digital imagery, graphics, logos, and print layouts, is the exclusive property of Kleinian LLC and is protected by international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our unique designs or products without express written permission from us.
Section 7 - Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
Section 8 - Limitation of Liability
